RETURN FOR REFUND

We know you are going to LOVE Watchipals!

However, If you are not satisfied with the product nor simply changed your mind, you can contact us directly for return and refund within 15 days of receiving. In these cases return shipping costs are at buyer responsibility. 

Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit for a refund. All return products must be in brand-new condition, unused, with complete accessories, original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and other original items. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, this policy does not apply.Returns for refund are subject to 15% restocking fee. all refunds are subject to one-time shipping fee of $10 which will be deducted from the refund amount.

upon inspection of the returned parcel - we will process your refund to your original payment method, it normally takes 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To start a return - simply contact us directly at support@watchipals.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return, Please follow the return instructions which will be sent to you. 

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements above.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

 

Cancellations - If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.all refunds afterwards incurs 15% handling and surcharge fee include payment processor fees (Afterpay, Zip-pay, PayPal etc).

RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT

If the product has quality issues which are covered by warranty and within our quality guarantee period, you can contact us directly for repair or exchange. Defective Products must be sent to Watchipals to obtain repair or exchange service. Watchipals is not responsible for transportation costs to its designated location or return shipping of replacement to the customer.


Pre-authorization is required before sending any unit in for warranty service. Products must be returned in either the original carton box and shipping material or packaging that affords an equal degree of protection.

To Process a replacement request contact us directly at support@watchipals.com. Please follow the instructions sent to you on how to ship the watch back to us for a replacement, repair or servicing.

Once we confirm and finish the inspection. We’ll either repair or send a new replacement to you.

Parts and labor - replacement parts and units may be new or recertified at Watchipals option and sole discretion.

Warranty is only valid with purchase from authorized retailers and directly through our website (www.watchipals.com) and cannot be applied to outside third party purchases.
